• Ensure coverage of neck operations

• Bachelor degree, majored in mechanical engineering related
• Solid knowledge on CNC machining, Fanuc or Simens is an advantage

• Excellent problem-solving competency, especially on cutter selection, fixture improvement and program optimization
• Strong Quality awareness, sound knowledge about TS16949
• Excellent communication skill and team building experience

Your tasks

• Cooperate with the project manager and NPI to complete the new product development plan and technical capability analysis
• Follow up the introduction, trial production and mass production of new products in the whole assembly process
• Lead the development of related production line equipment, formulate technical specifications, review equipment plans, debug and accept production lines
• Design and import and use of fixtures
• Make device I/O table
• Write corresponding programs according to equipment requirements
• Implement the import, debugging and optimization of equipment programs
• Assist in the on-site assembly and debugging process of the equipment
• After the equipment is shipped, improve the product in response to the needs of customers

You bring with you

• More than 5 years of relevant work experience in electrical design/ automation
• Skill requirements: proficient in the use and programming of PLC software such as Omron, Keyence, Siemens, Beckhoff, etc.  
• Cognex camera usage and programming is preferred
• Solve the technical and fault problems of the equipment in the assembly process
• Development of spare parts for key equipment
• Review and acceptance of new equipment and electrical technical solutions
• 5S,TPM, the promotion of continuous improvement

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated ASSEMBLY ENGINEER (M/F/X)

JOB DESCRIPTION

Your tasks

• Cooperate with project manager and NPI to complete new product development plan and technical capability analysis
• Follow up the introduction, trial production and mass production of new products throughout the process
• Lead the development of relevant production line equipment, formulate technical specifications, review equipment schemes, commissioning and acceptance of production lines
• Design, introduction and use of tooling fixtures
• Lead and complete the preparation of product process documents (such as PFMEA, flow chart, trial production report, WI, etc.), and cooperate with the quality department to complete CP
• Cooperate with the design team to troubleshoot product problems, and follow up and improve related process problems
• Be responsible for inter department communication, organization and coordination of process technology related issues
• Complete other matters assigned by the superior

You bring with you

• Bachelor degree or above, major in machinery, electronics, electrical and other related majors
• More than 5 years of working experience in the automotive industry or other comparable industries
• Be able to analyze problems with 8D and 5WHY tools
• Good English skills in written and spoken form

Preferred Job requirements: (not a must)

• Experience in automatic production line development is preferred
• Familiar with welding, riveting and other assembly processes is preferred
  Familiar with Cognex camera, Kistler monitor, staubli/abb/ KUKA robot, Beckhoff PLC and other working experience is preferred
• Be able to use drawing tools to see drawings, and be able to use CAD, SolidWorks and other drawing software is preferred
• Have good resource coordination ability, communication ability and written reporting ability
• Be able to analyze problems with 8D and 5WHY tools
• English reading and writing ability is required, and the one with strong listening and speaking ability is preferred
