GLT meeting at BOOSTER: focus on e-mobility and networking events

Last week, we held our GLT (Global Leadership Team) Meeting at our BOOSTER plant in Bremen/Schwanewede. Two days full of information and exchange around our transformation towards New Mobility Products.

We have had strong focus on E-Mobility. On the one hand, deep dive on scrolls for the e-compressor, for which we have already received an award. On the other hand, we also worked on various other components of the e-compressor and other systems for BEVs.
Fuel Cell Components, Industrial Applications and Heat Pumps – incidentally equipped with similar scroll compressors as BEVs – were also on our radar.

It was great to see that we at Booster are prepared for all those applications, as most of them are already in series production. This underlines our operational flexibility and our strategy to be present in all future mobility segments.

Beside aligning on New Product Strategies, the GLT was surrounded by nice networking events.  The highlight was a barbecue session at Kai Grünenwald Grillinstitue Bremen. We learnt a lot about optimizing our barbecue skills by practising food preparation and grilling ourselves. The food was absolutely delicious, for both vegetarians and meat eaters. And it was such a cool place to socialize with colleagues from our global locations in Slovakia, Mexico and China.

Sad it was so short! But the good news now:
