Global Synergies at BOOSTER

At BOOSTER, one of our most important values is our global network to standardize processes and deliver innovation. Our facilities support each other and work together sharing expertise and experiences to keep on providing the best service and quality to our customers worldwide.

As part of our continuous improvement, our colleagues from BOOSTER Schwanewede, Germany, expended two weeks in October at BOOSTER plant in Mexicali. This approach supported a collaboration between teams to identify opportunities at the process in compressor wheel machining, documentation, and optimization of our processes. These synergies allow us not only to bring our teams closer, but to adapt quickly and help to standardize the work at our facilities being our commitment to push boundaries on a global scale.
